(1) The Authority shall prepare and approve its budget every financial year in order to carry out its work in accordance with this Act.
(2) All expenses of the Authority shall be met from the funds of the Authority subject to the approved budget as per sub-section (1).
(3) In case the amount received by the authority in accordance with clauses (b), (c) and (d) of sub-section (1) of section 44 is not sufficient every year to carry out the work in accordance with this Act, the authority may demand from the Government of Nepal the amount that is insufficient and so If the amount provided by the Government of Nepal is more, the authority will have to pay the amount that is more to the Government of Nepal.
